Why Build on Drupal?
Drupal is the world's leading open source CMS enterprise-grade, licence-free, and trusted by governments, global organisations, and ambitious businesses across every sector.
There are no licence fees, no surprise costs for add-ons, and no dependency on hundreds of third-party plugins. You get a clean, secure, fully bespoke platform that we control completely built around your business, not around a template. Used by Nasa, Tesla, United Nations, World Bank, UK and US Government. Scrutinised by the demanding industry standards.
Drupal is also at the forefront of AI-powered web development. Through the Drupal AI initiative, your website can integrate today's best-in-class AI tools from intelligent content management to automated workflows and AI-driven customer experiences all within an open source framework that gives you full control over your data and which AI models you use.

Following the launch of the site, our online sales have increased significantly, and our consumer engagement has improved enormously.
Open Imagination have been very proactive in updating and improving the site's performance regularly as well as troubleshooting issues if they arise. Matt's calm and measured approach is always appreciated and his rapid response to any issue has ensured our site runs incredibly smoothly.
Open Imagination gave us a complete website redesign for our ecommerce site. The project went really well, and since the site has been deployed, we have seen a significant increase in sales. We feel like we are in safe hands with friendly advice and technical support available when we need it.
The support team have excellent knowledge of e-commerce systems and are always happy to discuss ways to improve the different features. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Open Imaginations to anyone looking to build a new E-Commerce site.
Our widely acclaimed website is now fully usable on mobile devices. We now have the web presence of a larger architect’s practice than our staff nos, allowing us to access really interesting new work, thanks to the team at Open Imagination.
After only 3 days of on-site consultancy, we have been able to move forward rapidly and the site is nearing production. Matt has proved himself to be a skilled developer, with a passion for what he does, a keen eye for detail and a “can do” attitude; he is also a gifted & patient tutor and I would not hesitate to engage him again in future, or indeed to recommend Open Imagination to any University department, college or unit requiring timely, cost-effective and professional help with a Drupal-based project.
I receive regular updates on the website and on support hours spent, etc. All my queries were dealt with promptly.
We’re extremely happy as a business with the work delivered by Open Imagination. From the outset, the project felt genuinely collaborative, with a team that understood our objectives and helped us think differently about what the platform could achieve.
