Frontend Web Developer

Location: Oxford, UK

We have an opportunity for a front-end web developer to join our team in a thriving web agency in Oxford. Specialising in Drupal Commerce, with some, WordPress and Magento.

They must have good communication skills and enthusiasm to continuously keep up to date with the latest front-end frameworks and evolving technologies.

Your role will require you to interpret graphic design solutions into front-end web solutions that provide fast page loads with sharp and accurate UX interfaces.

You will be required to know:

  • Boostrap 4
  • Good knowledge of HTML5
  • Using SASS frameworks and compilers such as Gulp
  • JQuery and Javascript
  • Customising Twig templates and twig variables
  • Basic knowledge of PHP would be helpful for this role.

In the longer term we would like you to develop and present interest using:

  • React
  • REST
  • Ajax
  • NodeJS

You will be working using LEMP stack development environments, with Git version control as part of our team contributing to an Agile working methodology.

Candidates will require a minimum of either 3 years of web agency experience with front-end technologies or a computer science degree.
